@HSkadhauge @EAHelp Mate, go into my games and app, click menu button on fifa 23, then go to manage game and add-ons, then click saved data and delete your Xbox profile from the game. Yeah it’ll delete all your offline progress but it’s the only fix I found. Hope that helps

@EAHelp fix incompatibility of your anti-cheat with other anti-cheats! In particular, with Faceit anti-cheat! Do it immediately and apologize for the 2 months of inconvenience and promise not to let anything like this happen in the future!

@EAHelp I purchased it even before the launch and this is how you treat the fans? And this was not listed on sys requirements. Anyway at least for offline play can you give solutions or fixes to start. I cannot enable secure boot but wanna play. Can you provide an ETA or solution to fix?

@EAHelp the current batch of moment challenges seem to be a bit broken, the world cup ones, Ger v Australia 74,Arg v Bel 86,Fra v Cro 98,Bra v Bel 02,and the figment tournament group stage 3 whenever I try to start them a message saying unable to communicate with the EA servers

@EAHelp I've bought FIFA 23 for my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15IHU6) , but since 3 days I cannot launch my game, because of an error named "Secure Boot is not enabled on this machine". I've tried several attempts to enable it from my BIOS, but it still stays disabled.
